A: Sizes range from 30m2 to 121m2. Our drive up units have extra-wide door clearance and 4.8m internal ceiling height allowing you to fit your caravan, car trailer, sporting equipment, boat and more.

Q: How does the strata work and what are the fees?

A: Just like an apartment building, Smart Space is strata managed. The solid construction of the building will mean the maintenance and strata levies will be approximately $95 per month.
